That it took up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to complete their first ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a compliment to the bowling attack that have sported the yellow jersey over the past 50 years.

When she was out the team needed 66 more at one run per ball - an achievable target now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"Pursuing 330 is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the assurance to accomplish that now," added Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we know we can achieve it."

Those words will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this championship need to hear.
